Kevin Combs specializes in the sales and leasing of industrial and investment real estate in the Kansas City metro, focusing his efforts in Johnson County, Kansas and adjacent Kansas and Missouri industrial submarkets.


After leaving Kansas State University in 2002 with his engineering degree, he worked as an engineer, owned businesses in the construction industry, and has developed real estate. After receiving his real estate license in 2004 he represented Prudential CRES Commercial Real Estate before leasing for Ron Mather and founding Insight Commercial in 2009. Kevin is one of a limited number of commercial real estate brokers who have earned the CCIM designation, received through rigorous education, proven transactional experience, and ethics.


His investment experience includes owning and operating a Laundromat business, owning and managing investment property, developing The Contractors Garage, small affordable storage/warehouse spaces for contractors, and founding Brew Lab, Kansas City's first and only brew-on-premises located in downtown Overland Park.

Jason M. Allen began his real estate career in 2002 with Sight Commercial Realty, Inc. There he focused on tenant and landlord representation. He worked directly with Dan Sight and Chris Herre with Rose Construction in the development of K.C. Road Business Park in Olathe, Kansas, a flex and office warehouse complex.


In 2005, Jason joined Block Real Estate Services, LLC (then Block & Company, Inc. Realtors) as a sales associate specializing in office and industrial tenant representation transactions. He has represented both landlords and tenants in a broad range of assignments, including landlord representation and consultation.


In 2009 Jason joined Dean Realty as a leasing manager where his primary focus was build to suit developments, the disposition of land holdings and the management of companies industrial portfolio. In 2012, Jason took his talents from leasing and sales to property valuation and analysis, and accepted a position as a Real Estate Analyst for Valbridge Property Advisor | Shaner Appraisals Inc. This new role allows him to continue representing tenants under Insight Commercial in the local real estate market and provide his clients with a broader understanding of the various property types.

An Olathe, Kansas native, Travis Bauer began his career in 2001 with CityWide Finance as a commercial and residential finance agent. He later moved to underwriting and selling in their insurance division. After obtaining his real estate license in 2004 he worked for Dennis Eskie and Associates, a local development firm. There he garnered experience in commercial real estate development when working on his first substantial ground-up retail project, Prairie Trails Retail Center, located at 151st and Blackbob in Olathe, Kansas. The cultivation of Prairie Trails entailed working closely with the land owner and developer, collaborating with city planning department, and leasing. Following his employment with Dennis Eskie and Associates, he focused on investment sales and leasing at Prudential CRES Commercial Real Estate before joining Kevin at Insight Commercial. The last four years Travis has primarily concentrated his real estate efforts on facilitating land sales for the development of apartment complexes in the Johnson County area. Along with real estate brokerage he established, co-owns, and manages several small businesses here in Johnson County.
